Procurement Services operates within the current UK and NHS regulations.
Many of our procurement projects are above the EU thresholds, and as such are also subject to those additional laws and regulations.
In addition to the published regulations, the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) publishes guidance notes which reflect current interpretations and case law.
Procurement Services will not reproduce any of these documents on this website but you will find below some links to the original sources of information.
